Our CrAl targets are produced by advanced HIP process, including planar targets, circular arc targets, circular ring targets and cylindrical targets (made by monolithic forming method), etc. It has characteristics of wide component ratio (from 10at%-90at% for Al components), high purity and density, fine and even grain and longer service life, etc. 

The typical components ratios for CrAl targets include 30:70at%, 50:50at%, etc. But we can also produce customized products of Cr - Al - X (X = Si, Ti, Y, B, V, etc) with special components and specifications.
